Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over €50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wolkbed Winkel. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Mattresses and boxsprings (including Boxspring 160×200 and Boxspring accessories)
- Antislip mattress protectors (Antislip matrasonderleggers)
- Opened bedding items (Bamboo duvets, Down duvets, and other bedding)
- Custom-made products (such as certain Storage beds or Complete children’s rooms in matching style)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- The return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order
